I bought my Grand Caravan new in 2004. I had already drive 2 other caravans but this one is by far the best. I started at 2000 miles and now have almost 150,000 miles on it. I havent had to put any money into this van except regular maintenance (brakes, tires, serpentine belt at 100,000 miles etc.). I have taken it on several road trips to Florida, Georgia, and New York and it is very comfortable. (Even slept overnite in it for camping). Can transport large items and fill it up with camping supplies plus 4 passengers! The mileage was good for a larger vehicle and I am looking for a smaller vehicle only because I dont need a minivan anymore and could use higher gas mileage savings.

This is our forth Dodge/Plymouth Minivan and it is by far the best. I was pleasantly surprised about how well the Van cruises throught the mountains and the handling is great. We added the Dodge running boards and it added to the good looks of the Van. This one is a long term keeper.

Bought it new with 16 miles. Now has 84,000. Love it! Stow n go is the best. Lots of room, rides smooth, and very comfortable. Only money we have put into it is for a faulty blinker switch. No other problems. Gets average of 20 mpg (which isnt bad for a van). Auto doors-great when hands are full-just a push of a button. Family is grown, so we are now selling it. Really hate to see it go, but going to something smaller for better gas mileage.

  • Nice Van - 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

This is a nice van and is our second Grand Caravan. We bought the Special Edition with a few extras and it has proven to be better than the 02 we had. I have not yet put out on an extended trip, but in town it is getting 18 mpg, which is what I was getting the our 02 on the highway at about 85mph. We just bought a new house and the Stow-n-Go seats came in real handy making several trips and not having to move those heavy seats. The power doors and rear hatch are a nice options to have. I have not even noticed the decrease in horsepower, and the engine sounds stronger. For the money you cant beat this van with features that cost and arm and leg from Honda and Toyota.

We have now owned this vehicle for just over three months. It is as good as the other reviewers have mentioned. Looks great, rides great, reasonably priced. Love the power liftgate! Excellent storage area, including underneath seats. Seats are very comfortable. We are very satisfied with the vehicle and the complete buying experience with our local Dodge dealership.

Rides like a luxury sedan. Has more storage space than I could imagine. No more pulling seats out they fold neatly in the floor.

Bought used with 24,000 mi. on it for daughter and 3 boys after divorce. Mostly highway miles. Transmission only problem, but was repaired under warranty. Now Im selling it with 92,600 mi. and expect to get $7,000 for it. Great road trip vehicle. Great car for a family on the go. This was my fourth Caravan/Voyager and all have been great.

  • One of the Best! - 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

We bought it just as it came on the market, the Stow and Go seats really sold us. I have a disabled shoulder and am still able to work the stow and go features; love the way the rear seating can be turned around for tailgating parties! Being able to keep seats looking great when not being used by stowing them, it gives us maximum room to carry purchases. Center console may be set back between the second row seats and net used between front seats. People helping me out with groceries think it is "so cool" to have so much room and still carry people. We use the pockets for the seats we are using to put things out of sight and make it safer to buy in several places.

  • Awesome Mini Van! - 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

You have to love the power liftgate, the smooth drive, and the stow and go. We drove other mini vans, and there is no comparison to the interior room and comfort of the Caravan. And the upgraded engine is responsive, yet quit. Definitely worth it.

This vehicle has a great design, large headlights .Tail lights stand out at night, body design is attractive. The van has no rattles and is quite air tight. The van has a lot of storage space and a good visibilty. Anti Lock Breaks work with little effort applied, seats are comfortable.
